Заключение
Эти результаты впервые показали, что ws-lynx1 может связываться с некоторыми подтипами нАХР по конкурентному механизму (в классическом центре связывания агонистов и антагонистов, хорошо охарактеризованном соответствующими кристаллическими структурами комплексов с АХБ), а также по неконкурентному - за пределами этого центра.
В настоящее время, вводя мутации как в ws-lynx1, так и в индивидуальные подтипы нАХР, мы планируем получить информацию о соответствующих областях взаимодействия.Таким образом, ведущиеся в настоящее время исследования открывают новые перспективы для использования высокоаффинных и селективных лигандов никотиновых рецепторов в качестве лекарственных препаратов.
