Эксфолиоцип напсулыхрусгалика
Истинная эксфолиация, как правило, связана с повреждением хрусталика инфракрасным излучением и чаще всего наблюдается у стеклодувов. Она является исключительно редким заболеванием.
Патогенез псевдоэксфолиации капсулы хрусталика неизвестен. Заболевание чаще всего обнаруживается у больных глаукомой.
Более чем в 50% случаев псевдоэксфолиация определяется на двух глазах. В камерной влаге при этом заболевании обнаруживаются частицы материала, напоминающие по характеру материал базальных мембран капсулы хрусталика и ресничного эпителия.
